1UP FM

1UP FM was the successor to EGM Live* and ran from June 2008-December 2008. It was hosted by Philip Kollar and Nick Suttner. 1UP.com described it as “our Monday audio show covering the console side of 1UP.com. Join hosts Philip Kollar and Nick Suttner, as well as the entire editorial staff of the 1UP Network as we explore the gaming industry in a little more depth.”

After the closure of 1UP, the hosts went on to form the spiritual successor Rebel FM.

1UP Yours

1UP Yours ran from August 2005-January 2009, and was described as “the premier videogames podcast where hosts Garnett Lee, Shane Bettenhausen and John Davison report on the videogame industry and the community that surrounds it.”

It was succeeded by Listen UP.

4 Guys 1UP

4 Guys 1UP was the replacement for Listen UP. It was hosted by David Ellis and ran from October 2009-July 2010. The description on 1UP.com said “Every week, host Ray Barnholt and a selection of other 1UP editors break down all the latest gaming news, as well as impressions of present and future titles. It’s information, debate, humor, and a little bit of love packed into every episode.”

It was succeeded by Games, Dammit!

Active Time Babble

Active Time Babble ran from October 2009-December 2012 and was hosted by Jeremy Parish. 1UP.com described it as “1UP’s podcast companion to our RPG blog The Grind. Every fortnight, Jeremy Parish, Kat Bailey, and various guests discuss all manner of role-playing games: console, PC, classic, MMO, pen-and-paper, and more!”

at1UP

at1UP was hosted by Mike Cruz, Jade Kraus, and Travis Williams, and ran from February 2009-April 2011.

After the closure of 1UP, the hosts went on to form the spiritual successor Duck of Death.

EGM Live*

EGM live ran from April 2006-June 2008 and was hosted by Jennifer Tsao. 1UP.com described it as “our regular podcast filled with all the juicy tidbits and behind-the-scenes info we couldn’t fit in the pages of the magazine.” The * denoted “(* That’s “live” in the prerecorded, actual-results-may-vary sense.)”

It was succeeded by 1UP FM.

Games, Dammit!

Games, Dammit! was the successor to 4 Guys 1UP and ran from November 2010-April 2013, with 1UP.com’s description reading “Every week, a ragtag group of 1UP personnel sit down and talk about whatever the heck is on their mind. Sure, they might get sidetracked into talking about food or poetry or weird things they buy, but in the end, it’s still about games. This podcast might be filled with lovable nonsense every week, but remember, it’s ultimately about games, dammit!”

GFW Radio

GFW Radio ran from February 2006-October 2008 and was hosted by Jeff Green. The description for the show claimed you could “listen to the GFW editors and occasional guests pontificate and yammer about all sorts of PC game related issues. Plus they might even break down on-air, adding an element of tension to the whole affair.”

It was replaced by LAN Party.
